The east wind - Friendship

Image
Hello everyone!  It's February!!!  And this means a new challenge and freebie over at  The East Wind . This time the challenge is about Friendship.  And the super cute little image was JUST PERFECT for my new adventure I thought.  Back at the beginning of the year I mentioned that I wanted to try to make a little book about doing a scavenger alphabet book.  This image had a tree which in French is Arbre and Friends is in French Amis. This made my very 1st page of my new book.  It's the book Supid white men that I am using for this.  I have used a die to make the tab for each alphabet letter. I used my Neocolors to make the background.  The tree was colored with my copics and some crayola pencils.  The A is an alphabet sticker from Creative memories. Here's a closer look at the image. I'm entering this little mixed media make in the following challenges: Crafty catz weekly challenge  - Kids Qkr stampede  - one for kids - this is all about kids isn't i

Hi everyone!  Hope you are all doing fabulous.  Today I'm here to share with you a very messy little journaling out of the box that I made for Sparkle and Glitter blog using the fabulous  Euro Girl Denise The Artiste . I say journaling out of the box because I have been making little journaling cards to place into an old disquette box.  I still have to embellish the box but I think it's very fun to make those little tiny journaling cards.  I'm using an old kid's game to journal on!  So recycling at it's best!  Love when I can transform something. Anyway I have made a little video of my process including my finger painting :) And here's the little card for you to see. The image was colored with my copics and then fussy cut out.  I used some die cuts made with my Impression obsession die as well as a bunch of different sentiments that I have cut out of magazines. The splatters were done with a toothbrush. I had lots of fun making this as you can s

I made a little video of my process for this. I made a little journaling out of the box for this. I had lots of fun making this with some paint, some homemade stencil out of a piece of paper that I had punched out.  The flowers are from my stash as well as the little pearls.  I made the heart with a die cut from Marianne's dies. The text is from a magazine.  The image was colored with my copics and then fussy cut.  I also used some scrap papers. I'm entering this in the following challenges: Crafting by designs  - Add a flower Moo-mania  - Use your scraps The sisterhood of crafters  - Love - I used a heart as well as the word love but in French :) Word
