Crafting When we can - Challenge 29

This forthnight at Crafting when we can challenges our sponsor is Some Odd girl.

And our theme is Wedding Celebration.  I really don't make a lot of wedding cards... there doesn't seem to be as many weddings anymore in my entourage.  But I guess it's always useful to have them in your stash!  It was also very fun to make!
For this card I chose to play with an image from Robert Jackson that I think is so very elegant.  It's called the bride and groom II  you can find it here.

To make this card I used DCWV - Shimmer pack for the green card stock.  I used the wonderful Splendid circle and botanical swirl die all from Spellbinder.

I colored the digi with my copics.
I paired it out with a sentiment that I thought was just perfect for this from Create with TLC.

I really hope that you will be joining us this week at Crafting when we can challenges.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
  1. Simon says stamps challenge - Dies and/or punches (again it's dies)
  2. Tuesday alchemy - Anything goes
  3. Eclectic ellapu - anything goes
  4. Guylous inimitability - Just to die for challenge

There is one more post on the way :D  Don't forget to leave me a comment, I really love to read them.

Hugs

  2. Vickie, I'm like you..I've actually never made a wedding card (GASP!) but looking at yours makes it a tempting thought. I love that image you chose. They look like they're having a blast at their first dance together. The swirl die cuts and frame work you've done are sensational! A gorgeous card all around. :)
